About the opportunity
Join Mercy Health’s Applications team, a collaborative and high-performing group responsible for supporting critical enterprise systems across HR, payroll, and finance. This is a great opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation while contributing to the continuous improvement of integration solutions that underpin key business operations.
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Mercy Health’s non-clinical application integrations, with a primary focus on Workday (HRIS), payroll and finance system integrations.
- Liaise with external vendors and integration partners to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements.
- Contribute to the broader Applications team by providing general application support and working collaboratively to deliver reliable, responsive services across the organisation.
- Provides level 2 and level 3 technical support for applications and integrations across the broader IT Applications portfolio, contributing to the delivery of key initiatives in system improvements,

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience supporting Workday integrations, including knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud and Workday Studio/Eclipse Studio.
- Experience in enterprise application support and/or systems integration, with demonstrated exposure to integration incident management, release coordination and vendor liaison.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on integration reliability, data accuracy and timely incident resolution.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with external vendors, integration partners and internal business stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check
