Are you a seasoned cloud architect with deep telco infrastructure expertise? We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join Ericsson and take a leading role in translating complex customer requirements into robust, scalable and secure cloud architectures — anchored in Ericsson's NFVI and CNIS reference solutions.

In this role, you will provide hands-on architecture and design leadership across multiple parallel Cloud build, expansion and lifecycle management engagements, acting as the technical authority who bridges customer needs, Ericsson product capabilities and delivery excellence.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for customer opportunities and projects leveraging Ericsson SDI, CEE, CCD and CNIS
• Define target architectures, integration patterns and deployment models across compute, storage, networking, security and management domains
• Drive high-level and low-level solution designs including capacity dimensioning, resiliency, availability and observability
• Support use-case-driven designs for hosting VNFs and CNFs — including 5G Core, IMS, Packet Core and Cloud RAN — on Ericsson cloud infrastructure
• Review and approve key design artefacts (HLDs, LLDs, configuration templates, MoPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with agreed architecture
• Support troubleshooting and complex problem resolution during build, test and acceptance phases
• Champion automation, infrastructure-as-code and standardized O&M models for lifecycle management
• Proactively identify risks, assumptions and dependencies, and contribute to mitigation plans across bids and projects
• Act as subject matter expert for Ericsson SDI, CEE, CCD and CNIS, mentoring solution architects and integration engineers
• Engage with product units and portfolio teams to provide field feedback and contribute to feature evolution

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in telecom, IT or cloud infrastructure, with at least 5+ years in solution architecture roles
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale telco cloud or NFVI/CNIS-based solutions in live operator environments
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson SDI, CCD, CEE and CNIS, or a strong background in equivalent telco cloud stacks with readiness to ramp up quickly
• Deep knowledge of IP networking, DC network design, storage solutions (e.g. Ceph, NetApp, VxSDS) and Kubernetes-based CNF hosting
• Familiarity with NFV MANO and orchestration tools such as EO/EVNFM or equivalent
• Understanding of automation tooling — Ansible, Helm, Terraform, CI/CD — is a strong advantage
• Relevant certifications in cloud, networking or security (e.g. CKA, Red Hat, VMware, AWS/Azure) are an advantage
