Opportunity

The Albany Regional Airport is looking for passionate and customer focused individuals to take up the role of Casual Airport Reporting Officer.

Working to a 7-day rostering system, it will be your duty to provide operational support at the Albany Regional Airport, assisting in the delivery of safe, secure and efficient airport operations. The position contributes to the maintenance of air-side security and ensures the terminal and surrounding areas are maintained in a clean, safe and presentable condition. You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and remaining informed of all Regular Public Transport (RPT) flight and departure times.
  • Performing aircraft refuelling and associated fuel management duties in accordance with relevant procedures and safety standards.
  • Proactively identifying, undertaking and reporting on required airside maintenance activities.
  • Completing administrative tasks both digitally and in hard copy.

About You

Successful candidates will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, well-developed communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and excellent time management and organisational skills are essential for this role.

Our ideal candidate will have an Aviation Security Identity Card (ASIC) and an Airport Reporting Officer (ARO) certification or ability to obtain both, and a ‘C’ Class Driver’s licence.
