About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Regents Park to provide high-level support to our CEO and Executive team.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You will play a key role in keeping our executive team organised, prepared and supported, while also helping to ensure the smooth running of our Regents Park office. Day to day you will be responsible for;

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including inbox, diary, travel and expense management.

  • Coordinating board meetings, including meeting preparation, agendas, papers, logistics, follow-up actions and coordination across local and international stakeholders.

  • Preparing and coordinating executive communications, presentations, briefing notes, reports and other materials to support the CEO and executive team.

  • Coordinating company events, conferences, executive meetings and visitor arrangements, ensuring all logistics, catering, communications and room setup requirements are planned and delivered to a high standard.

  • Providing day-to-day guidance and support to the Receptionist, while overseeing the smooth running of the Regents Park office.

  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and sound judgement.

What you’ll bring to the team

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident supporting C-suite or executive leaders in a busy, fast-paced and growing business. You will be highly organised, calm under pressure and always one step ahead. You will bring a positive, flexible and helpful approach, with strong initiative and a willingness to support wherever needed as well as;

  • Strong diary, inbox, travel, meeting and expense management experience.

  • Proven experience supporting Board and Executive meetings at a senior level, including the preparation and coordination of high-quality meeting papers.

  • Excellent presentation and document preparation skills, with strong attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills

  • A proactive approach, strong initiative and the ability to anticipate what is needed before being asked.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities, work at pace and stay organised in a busy environment.

  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
