THE ROLE

As a Retentions Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our novated leasing portfolio. You’ll proactively engage with customers, address concerns early, and provide tailored end-of-lease solutions that encourage renewals, upgrades, or lease restructuring.

By understanding each customer’s unique situation and goals, you’ll reduce cancellations, strengthen long-term loyalty, and contribute directly to retention targets and overall portfolio growth.

ABOUT YOU

This role is ideal for someone with experience in novated leasing, banking, or finance, combining commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 3 + years' experience in a phone based professional customer service, finance, or retention-focused environment
  • Demonstrable experience working with and managing complex and ambiguous customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and lateral-thinking skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, engage customers effectively, and deliver excellent experiences
