Electrical Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Infrastructure (Tamworth / FIFO Options)

Based in Tamworth or open to FIFO? This is a great opportunity to step into a site leadership role and take ownership on a major infrastructure project.

CV Services is delivering key infrastructure works in the Tamworth region, and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead crews on site and drive project delivery. We’re open to local candidates or those who prefer a FIFO roster.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front, manage day-to-day site operations, and support project planning alongside the Project Manager.

• Lead a crew of 6–8 electricians on site
• Develop and manage 2-week labour schedules and material planning
• Work closely with the Project Manager on delivery and forecasting
• Run daily pre-starts and attend weekly site meetings
• Oversee commercial and industrial electrical installations
• Ensure all works meet HSE standards, including:
• • Safety observations
  • Compliance checks
  • Incident reporting
Support and mentor apprentices and junior team members

What you’ll bring

• QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
• Strong experience across commercial/industrial electrical projects
• • Cable pathways (tray and conduit systems)
  • Switchboards and distribution boards
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high-quality outcomes
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Scissor lift
Boom lift (up to 11m)

Nice to have

• Boom lift over 11m
Open Cablers Licence or Cert III in Communications
