About the opportunity
We are seeking a Vendor Compliance Coordinator to join our People, Safety and Culture team at our Norwest office. This is a full-time, office-based position. Reporting to the Vendor Compliance Team Leader, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting our contractor and supplier network by ensuring compliance requirements are met while providing exceptional service and support to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include
- Coordinating the onboarding of new vendors and contractors
- Reviewing and assessing contractor documentation against company requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation
- Monitoring vendor compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting stakeholders across the business with contractor management enquiries
- Supporting the resolution of compliance-related issues and disputes
- Providing administrative support to the WHS team and broader business
About you
You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and pride yourself on delivering a high standard of work.
You will demonstrate

- Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
Highly regarded
- Experience within a Customer Service Administration role
- Experience within the residential construction industry
- Experience using LinkSafe or similar contractor management systems
- Exposure to WHS, compliance or contractor management processes
