About the opportunity

We are seeking a Vendor Compliance Coordinator to join our People, Safety and Culture team at our Norwest office. This is a full-time, office-based position. Reporting to the Vendor Compliance Team Leader, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting our contractor and supplier network by ensuring compliance requirements are met while providing exceptional service and support to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinating the onboarding of new vendors and contractors
• Reviewing and assessing contractor documentation against company requirements
• Maintaining accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation
• Monitoring vendor compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting stakeholders across the business with contractor management enquiries
• Supporting the resolution of compliance-related issues and disputes
• Providing administrative support to the WHS team and broader business

About you

You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and pride yourself on delivering a high standard of work.

• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• The ability to problem solve and think outside the box
• A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• A commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders

Highly regarded

• Experience within a Customer Service Administration role
• Experience within the residential construction industry
• Experience using LinkSafe or similar contractor management systems
• Exposure to WHS, compliance or contractor management processes
