REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Social Media, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an Agency Account Manager role
  • Proven experience in managing a client portfolio & overseeing digital advertising campaign strategy & delivery

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Digital Account Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver real impact. Your responsibilities will include:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Act as the primary point of contact and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, online meetings, and in-person catch-ups as required.
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  • Liaise between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Organise and manage monthly client meetings, including setting agendas and follow-ups with action points.
  • Responsible for managing client expectations and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Present weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to both internal and external stakeholders as required.

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, providing insights, strategy and recommendations.
  • Be across the various digital strategies that we implement for clients in similar industries to your client portfolio, so that you can guide and recommend improvements to campaigns.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services to clients in alignment with their business goals.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of paid digital campaigns, organic social content, and SEO services across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Programmatic in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor and track key account performance metrics, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
  • Maintain all projects within the agency’s project management software to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Manage quoting, invoicing, and billing to ensure the agency charges appropriately for all work delivered.
  • Participate in regular internal meetings with leadership and operational teams to review client accounts.
  • Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure briefs use existing templates and meet the standards required for the team to meet the deliverables to a high standard promptly.
  • Complete monthly client profitability reports with recommendations on how we can improve the efficiency and profitability of your client work.
  • Work towards individual KPIs and contribute to department and company KPIs.
  • Ensure all billable and non-billable work is tracked and logged in the project management system.
