Your new role

As a Supply Chain & Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination of customer orders and supply chain activities. Acting as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and logistics partners, you will manage the full order lifecycle-from order entry through to delivery and after-sales support.

Your day-to-day will involve working closely with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery, while proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with operational coordination. This presents as an excellent opportunity for a recent supply chain or logistics graduate with a couple of years' experience who is looking to join an organisation offering genuine scope for growth and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Coordinating product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Liaising with internal teams across supply chain, logistics, and operations
  • Monitoring shipments and resolving any delivery or order discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate data across ERP/CRM systems
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across processes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • Proven experience in a supply chain, customer service, or order management role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ERP/CRM systems, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
