Your part in our Blue Care team

Join Blue Care as a Rostering & Scheduling Specialist and play a key role in coaching and mentoring our Neighbourhood Teams to deliver efficient, customer‑centred workforce plans.

In This Key Role, You Will

  • Coach, mentor and support teams to build capacity in rostering best practice
  • Implement efficient rostering and scheduling processes
  • Analyse data and provide insights to improve workforce allocation
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements and legislation
  • Partner with leaders to drive consistency, quality and great customer outcomes
  • Provide high‑quality reporting and forecasting insights
  • Some travel between sites will be required

What Makes a Difference for Us?

  • Experience in rostering/scheduling within a large or complex environment
  • Strong understanding of legislation and Enterprise Agreements
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
  • Experience with AlayaCare or UKG (Kronos) (advantageous
