About The Role.
We’re currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Kinrise Snackfoods team. Based primarily at our Dandenong South and South Yarra Offices, you will lead the Poppin and Lolly Gobble portfolios and deliver strong growth through innovation, brand building, and execution excellence.
In this role, you’ll own end-to-end brand management from strategy through to in-market execution while championing new product development and helping drive our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities, Include But Are Not Limited To
Brand & Portfolio Management
- Lead execution of Category and Brand Plans including NPD, packaging, and line extensions
- Support development of long-term strategic marketing plans
- Analyse market, shopper, consumer, and financial data to identify opportunities and risks
- Build strong relationships with key customers and retail/media partners
Innovation & Growth
- Identify and develop new product concepts aligned to business strategy
- Develop and manage research briefs; oversee concept testing and validation
- Deliver against key financial metrics including net sales growth and gross contribution
Communications & Activation
- Support development of a strategic brand platform
- Lead delivery of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and shopper marketing
- Manage agency partners across creative, digital, and social
- Oversee digital presence including social media and website
- Develop marketing collateral including POS, promotional materials, and copy
About You.
- Minimum 3+ years in a Brand Manager (or similar) role
- FMCG experience (food or beverage preferred)
- Proven success in NPD, campaign execution, and brand growth
- Experience working with market data (e.g. Nielsen, Quantium/Homescan) and financials
- Strong project management with end-to-end delivery experience
- Budget management experience
