Our opportunity

What you'll be doing

Process & system gap triage and resolution

  • Understand, triage and prioritise process and system gaps raised by asset management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for system / process issues and provide hands- on support
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to investigate root causes, agree actions, and close out issues with clear ownership and timeframes.

Process & training content creation

  • Develop and maintain user-friendly training and process content (including SOPs, Quick Reference Guides and User Guides) that is clear, consistent and fit for purpose.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and standard templates to support scalable creation, version control and upkeep of training materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and ensure changes are reflected in documentation.
  • Develop leader-ready tools (e.g., onboarding plans, checklists and coaching guides) to equip leaders to support their teams effectively.

Training & onboarding standards

  • Deliver training to a high standard to support new team members and supporting adoption of system and process changes.
  • Run monthly drop-in sessions and training sessions in line with business requirements.
  • Coach users to enable self-service and troubleshooting.

Change management, adoption & embedding

  • Support teams to drive change management initiatives, enabling effective adoption and embedding of new ways of working into BAU.
  • Coordinate communications and training activities to support rollout of process, policy or system changes.
  • Collect feedback and track adoption, partnering with leaders to address barriers and reinforce expected practices.

Continuous process improvement & process design

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support end-to-end process design to improve efficiency, quality and compliance.
  • Connect portfolio teams, Governance & Compliance and Digital to align requirements, controls, dependencies and delivery plans.
  • Support implementation of process changes into BAU, ensuring documentation and training are updated in line with new designs.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in system optimisation / implementation, process improvement, or business transformation roles.
  • 5+ years’ experience (property/asset management preferred).
  • Enterprise platform capability - Yardi experience (preferred) or equivalent enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated capability in leveraging digital tools (including AI‑enabled tools) to support scalable documentation, training, or process management.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering process and system improvements and embedding changes into BAU.
  • Experience identifying, prioritising, and resolving process or system issues, supported by root cause analysis.
  • Proven experience collaborating across operations, governance/compliance, and digital teams.
  • Practical experience identifying, prioritising, and resolving process or system gaps.
  • Experience delivering change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting environments with governance, controls, or compliance requirements.
  • Process improvement & design, ability to analyse current state and support end-to-end improvements.
