Swan Transit is actively seeking qualified Panel Beater/ Body Builder to join our workshop team at Jandakot Depot on a full-time basis offering an excellent work-life balance.

Role & Responsibility

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your primary responsibilities would be, but not limited to:

• Perform bus body repairs, panel replacement, straightening and minor fabrication in steel
• Unscheduled Accident repairs and maintenance.
• Annual Licensing Pre-inspection of vehicles of Transperth inspections.
• Carry out bus driving duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as per the positions JDF.

Selection Criteria

We’re looking for someone with:

• A relevant trade qualification and proven experience.
• A Heavy Rigid (HR) class driver’s licence or higher or ability to obtain.
• Skills and Knowledge to fulfill the role and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• The ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including a medical assessment and National Police Clearance.
