Ready to lead from the front?

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join our KMD Brands Distribution Centre team in Truganina. This full-time role (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM) is all about keeping operations running smoothly and supporting your team to deliver excellence every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading by example in daily operations, including picking, packing, and inventory tasks.
• Supervising and coaching your team to achieve performance and quality targets.
• Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all standards.
• Collaborating across departments to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a DC or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A safety-first mindset and knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with WMS and safety/first aid certifications.
