As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants — ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and financial returns are optimised.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing a residential property portfolio with a focus on service excellence and retention
  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
  • Coordination of all aspects of property management including leasing, renewals, routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears control
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periods
  • Overseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolution
  • Conducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlords
  • Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
  • Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communication
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Energetic, personable and professional, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
