We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate and Commercial team at Marsh Risk as our Northern Territory Leader . This role will be based in Darwin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Northern Territory Leader, Corporate & Commercial

Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Commercial Pacific and sitting on the Corporate and Commercial leadership team, this role is responsible for leading regional strategy and execution across the Northern Territory market. You will help deliver growth, client service excellence and operational discipline across the region. This role works closely with state teams, leadership colleagues and clients to translate business priorities into practical outcomes.

We will count on you to

  • Set and execute the annual vision and strategy for the Corporate and Commercial regional business segment

  • Drive organic profitable growth through clear targets, initiatives and regular performance review

  • Strengthen client service and engagement to support retention and long-term relationships

  • Lead regional performance against revenue, NOI, budget and balanced scorecard measures

  • Build market presence and trusted relationships with clients, prospects and key stakeholders across the region

  • Contribute to leadership forums and ensure strategic priorities are translated into local business plans

What you need to have

  • Minimum 10 years’ operational and financial experience in the insurance broking industry

  • Tier 1 or Diploma of Insurance Broking

  • Tertiary qualification or higher

  • Proven communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities
