About the role
We're looking for a Sales Effectiveness Manager to help drive sales performance across our national business. This is a highly influential role where you'll work closely with sales leaders, strategic account owners, marketing and IT to improve how we use data, manage opportunities and embed sales best practice.
This is a Sales Operations and Enablement role focused on improving sales performance through data, systems, process optimisation and pipeline effectiveness.
You'll be the driving force behind our sales effectiveness framework, ensuring our teams have the visibility, discipline and support needed to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning Salesforce as the sales team's source of truth
- Building dashboards, reporting and pipeline insights
- Identifying sales risks and growth opportunities early
- Supporting forecasting, planning and business reviews
- Improving sales methodology adoption and capability
- Driving account planning and opportunity management disciplines
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing and IT to improve systems and processes
- Providing practical recommendations that improve commercial outcomes
About you
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with strong analytical capability and enjoys influencing outcomes through data and process improvement.
You'll have:
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations or Commercial Effectiveness
- Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting sales leaders with forecasting and planning
- The ability to translate complex data into clear actions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working across distributed and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Power BI, equipment hire, construction, industrial distribution or infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
