About the Role

We are looking for Mixing Operators to join the team based in our in Liverpool industrial bakery. As the Mixing Operator you will be supporting the team leader for the production of Hot Cakes. You are responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients and ensuring the cleanliness of the Mixing & Weigh up area.

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30AM-6.00PM

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Assist in housekeeping of Production mixing and weigh up area.
• Ensure all ingredients are labelled correctly and sieve Ingredients as per batch sheet.
• Keep Mixing area neat and tidy and complete your quality checks as required.

In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following:

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• A reliable and demonstrated work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• the ability to maintain focused and work accuracy in the role that involves repetitive tasks
• Physically capable for work duties within a warehouse/production facility
• Recent experience working as a Mixing Operator in a food manufacturing environment is desirable but not necessary
• Able to lift up to 25kg
• High standards of safety and food safety.
• Forklift License will be highly regarded.
