Eyes Optometrists is a long-established independent practice in Richmond, known for personalised care, premium eyewear, and genuine relationships with our patients. We're looking for a Senior Optical Dispenser / Team Leader who enjoys helping people, supporting a team, and contributing to the ongoing success of a thriving independent practice.

You'll work closely with the practice owner, helping maintain the high standards our patients have come to expect while supporting the continued growth and success of the practice.

The Role

This is a varied position that combines optical dispensing, leadership, patient care, and business support.

You will:

• Deliver exceptional dispensing and personalised eyewear recommendations
• Build strong relationships with patients and create long-term loyalty
• Lead by example and support the development of team members
• Assist with day-to-day practice operations and team coordination
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media and community engagement
• Maintain the premium standards of presentation and service the practice is known for

You may be an experienced Optical Dispenser looking for your next leadership opportunity, or a people-focused retail professional with strong leadership and sales experience seeking a new challenge.
