Bambini Early Learning in Doncaster East is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Co-Ordinator / Educational Leader to join our boutique, purpose-built centre. This is an exciting full-time opportunity (with the option of a 9-day fortnight) for a dedicated professional ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a dual role, in addition to your leadership and curriculum responsibilities, you will work directly alongside our team as a practicing educator. You will spend meaningful time on the floor each day, actively engaging with children, supporting their learning journeys, and modelling best practice pedagogy for the wider team.

About the role

As the Curriculum Co-Ordinator / Educational Leader, you will:

  • Inspire and mentor our team to deliver a rich, child-led curriculum
  • Collaborate with educators to create engaging, intentional play spaces both indoors and outdoors
  • Guide reflective practice and drive continuous improvement
  • Support a culture of accountability, inclusion, and professional development
  • Be a key part of our leadership team, contributing to long-term centre growth and succession planning

About you

You are an experienced early childhood professional who:

  • Has demonstrated success in an Educational Leader or Curriculum Co-Ordinator role
  • Brings strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide others
  • Communicates effectively with children, families, staff, and the wider community
  • Shows deep knowledge of the EYLF and NQF and can confidently lead educational practice
  • Is passionate, driven, and eager to contribute to and grow with a forward-thinking organisation
  • Understands the power of observation, documentation, and reflection

Your credentials

  • A Diploma/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
  • Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
  • Current Working with Children’s Check.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
