What role you will play in Team:Ideal Candidate Profile

• Key Traits: Focus on candidates with the right culture
• fit and adaptability. They must be hungry and driven, able to thrive in a heavily outbound call environment with an in-field component.
• Sales Experience: 2~3 years sales experience.
• Hospitality/Customer Service Backgrounds: Requesting suppliers to actively source candidates from hospitality or with strong customer service backgrounds. These candidates are often not afraid of hard work, customer interaction, and typically possess good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Avoid Misalignment: Screen out candidates primarily seeking
• engineering or other non-sales roles, as this role is distinctly
• sales-focused.
