What you’ll do
- Lead discovery, mapping, and documentation of current state operational processes across functions, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for AI enabled redesign future state operational processes across functions, identifying inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for AI‑enabled redesign.
- Develop future state process maps, workflow designs, and system interaction diagrams that incorporate AI tools, automation, and optimised operating models.
- Partner with cross functional teams to elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into clear specific workflows functional teams to elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into clear specific workflow.
- Support proofs of concept and pilot activities by integrating AI interventions into real business workflows and validating operational impacts.
- Apply structured risk, safety, and governance controls to ensure all redesigned workflows meet privacy, security, and quality standards.
- Prepare documentation, handover materials, and operational guides to enable smooth transition into the new AI supported operating model.
What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and operational documentation.
- Proven track record delivering complex change initiatives and achieving adoption at scale.
- Ability to elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
Desirable Skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and build trusted advisor relationships.
- Experience integrating AI tools and automation into business processes.
- Familiarity with risk, safety, and governance frameworks in the context of process redesign.
