What we need from you

• 2-5 years' experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, observability, monitoring, incident management, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Bash, or other scripting/programming languages, along with automation and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Linux/Unix systems, distributed architectures, microservices, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, or other modern infrastructure and automation technologies is highly regarded.

What you'll do

• Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Production Support teams to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical applications and services.
• Design, implement, and enhance monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational tooling aligned with SRE best practices.
• Develop automation solutions, scripts, and reusable tools to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency.
• Participating in incident response, production support, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to drive continuous reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability frameworks, automation capabilities, and operational best practices into applications and platforms.
• Support highly available production environments through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and on-call participation.
