Personal Assistant

Join Mirvac and play a key role supporting our Group General Manager, Finance. This is a highly visible position where you'll partner with senior leaders, manage critical priorities, and help drive seamless operations across the Finance team.

The opportunity

As a trusted partner to the GGM Finance, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support while ensuring the smooth coordination of team activities, meetings and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex diaries, emails and competing priorities
• Coordinate leadership, committee and finance team meetings end-to-end
• Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior forums
• Organise team events, offsites, conferences and travel arrangements
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
• Manage expenses, invoices and general administrative processes
• Support onboarding, HR processes and team coordination activities
• Drive improvements to systems, processes and ways of working
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About you

• Extensive experience as a senior Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong Microsoft Office and systems proficiency
• Professional, discreet and customer-focused approach
