What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end process diagnostic engagements, from baselining current-state processes through to identifying and quantifying value opportunities
- Define and apply process performance metrics to assess operational health and benchmark performance
- Identify business pain points and translate them into structured solution options and value-creating opportunities
- Apply value lever frameworks to articulate financial and operational benefits to clients
- Leverage process mining tools (e.g, Signavio, UiPath Process Gold, Apromore) to generate data-driven insights
- Develop process models using BPMN standards and apply Lean methodologies to drive process improvement
- Present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps to senior client stakeholders, including VP-level and C-suite executives
- Design and facilitate executive workshops, working sessions, and steering committees
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional client stakeholders across business and technology
- Lead the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial structures
- Manage engagement economics, including budgets, margins, resourcing, and risk
- Drive project planning, milestone management, resource allocation, and quality assurance across the engagement lifecycle
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Coach and mentor junior consultants, providing performance feedback and career development support
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in management consulting, operations transformation, or process improvement, with a proven track record of leading complex engagements
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process diagnostic engagements
- Strong commercial acumen, including proposal writing, SOW development, and consulting engagement management
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Signavio, UiPath Process Gold, Apromore, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in BPMN process modelling and Lean methodologies (Six Sigma certification advantageous)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to support recommendations
- Highly developed executive-level slide design and storytelling skills (PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets
- Workshop facilitation experience across operational and executive audiences
