We are on the lookout for a brilliant, commercially sharp Product Manager to join our team for a 12 month parental leave contract role. What You'll Do
Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you will sit at the crossroads of creativity, customer empathy, and commercial strategy. Your mandate is to partner with UX/UI designers and Technology teams to turn customer friction into seamless, beautiful shopping journeys.
- Roadmapping & Strategy: Setting the product vision and owning a comprehensive product roadmap that perfectly balances feature prioritization with release velocity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivating tight-knit relationships across the entire group - from engineering and data science to finance and customer care - to manage risks and align on shared objectives.
- Data & Market Curiosity: Obsessively monitoring KPIs, conducting deep market research, and testing features to ensure our digital experience continuously stays ahead of the curve.
- Squad Leadership: Mentoring, leading, and rallying your cross-functional squad members around shared milestones.
What You'll Bring
You have a deep love for problem-solving and a distinct knack for balancing commercial metrics with user delight. You understand that eCommerce requires moving fast, optimising continuously, and focusing heavily on the end customer.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in digital product management or a closely related role (ideally in an eCommerce , retail, or marketplace context).
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- The PM Toolkit: Strong analytical capability, a natural ease when presenting to stakeholders/executives, and familiarity with modern product management tools and agile frameworks.
- The Mindset: A customer-obsessed attitude, a passion for solving hard problems, and a readiness to thrive in a vibrant startup-spirited environment.
- Bonus Points: Hands-on experience with A/B testing software, Lean product methodologies, or optimisation tools.
