Gotcha4Life Foundation is Australia’s Mental Fitness Charity. We deliver inspirational, evidence-based, mental fitness campaigns, programs, and services. Since 2017, Gotcha4Life has been on a mission to inspire and enable people of all ages to take action to build their mental fitness. We take a preventative, protective-factor-first approach to building mental fitness, focusing on the skills, relationships, and everyday actions that build our capacity to manage through life’s ups and downs.
Our work shifts the conversation from “what’s wrong?” to “what makes us strong?”, helping people strengthen their emotional adaptability, social connection, and help-seeking behaviour. At Gotcha4Life you'll get to work on high-profile projects that drive impact, with an accomplished and connected team. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team as we develop and scale.
We have a hybrid approach to work that continues to evolve as we respond to what is best for our team and the people and communities we serve. Currently, we come together as a team at our Sydney CBD office 2 days a week to connect and collaborate. On other days, our team works from either our office or from home – however it best works for them.
About The Role
This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Gotcha4Life’s Partnerships team. The role is focused on managing, growing and developing corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that drive both revenue and impact outcomes for the organisation. In this role, you will help to manage and grow a portfolio of national and regional partners, support the acquisition of new partners, and help shape how our partners engage with our mission to build a mentally fit future.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you’ll lead day-to-day engagement with Gotcha4Life’s partners, deliver great stewardship, and help ensure our partners feel proud, inspired and engaged in our shared impact. This role plays an important role in helping to drive partnership revenue growth, identifying new commercial partnership opportunities, and building long-term relationships that support the organisation’s impact ambitions.
This role is part of the growing Philanthropy and Partnerships team, and you will report to the Head of Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Growth
- Support Head of Partnerships with identification, cultivation and conversion of prospective partnership and sponsorship opportunities, with a focus on sustainable impact-led relationships.
- Contribute to team and cross-functional strategy sessions with a partnership-focused lens.
- Leverage professional networks, industry connections and market intelligence to proactively generate new business opportunities and introductions where there is shared alignment to Gotcha4Life’s mission and priorities.
- Support the development of tools, insights and processes that contribute to a scalable and sustainable partnerships program.
Relationship Management & Stewardship
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partners with exceptional account management and stewardship, ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term support.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate the delivery of partner commitments, including high-quality reporting and communications that showcase shared impact.
- Develop tailored engagement plans, content, collaborations and activations that align with partner objectives and the Gotcha4Life brand.
- Coordinate partner involvement and engagement in Gotcha4Life initiatives, events, campaigns and educational opportunities.
New Partner Support
- Assist in development of compelling partnership and sponsorship proposals to prospective corporate partners that reflect shared-value opportunities.
- Support the development and renewal of contracts and agreements for new and existing partners.
- Develop and manage CRM processes to ensure partnership opportunities, pipelines, interactions and deliverables are accurately and efficiently tracked and reported on.
- Develop best-practice digital partnership and stewardship processes that strengthen partner experience, communication and retention, while supporting scalable and efficient partnership growth.
Campaigns, Events & Communications
- Support the delivery of campaigns, activations, and collaborative events with corporate partners.
- Work collaboratively to develop content that highlights partner engagement, initiatives and shared impact.
- Assist in developing assets and materials to support joint initiatives with partners.
Reporting & Planning
- Support internal and external tracking and reporting on partnership performance, impact and deliverables.
- Assist with forecasting partner revenue to ensure accurate view at all times.
- Support timely invoicing in line with partner’s contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of annual partnership plans, campaigns and activation calendars.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, business development or strategic account management, ideally across both corporate and not-for-profit environments.
- Demonstrated success securing and/or managing major corporate partnerships and sponsorships, including experience developing pitches or proposals that reflect shared-value partnership opportunities.
- Strong relationship management skills, with confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- An established professional network with proven ability to confidently identify and develop partnership opportunities where there is shared-value alignment.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is preferable) and managing partnership pipelines, forecasting and reporting.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach to juggling multiple relationships and deliverables.
- Experience in preparing presentations, reports, and materials that demonstrate value and impact.
- A genuine passion for Gotcha4Life’s mission and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
