IT Project Manager - Technology Integration Program

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology integration activities associated with a major acquisition and systems integration program. This role will work closely with corporate IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors and operational technology teams to ensure a smooth and successful integration across infrastructure, applications and end-user environments.

Key Requirements

Proven experience delivering complex IT infrastructure and technology projects within enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of core infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, networking, file services and end-user computing environments.
Previous experience managing M&A, acquisition, divestment or business integration projects, ideally involving multiple stakeholders, systems and locations.
Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on track.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with corporate IT teams, local technology teams, business leaders, vendors and third-party providers.
Comfortable acting as the primary point of contact for integration activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
Experience identifying, managing and escalating project risks, issues and dependencies while driving outcomes and maintaining project momentum.
Ability to provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders, including project status, milestones, risks, issues and key decisions.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Excellent communication, documentation and relationship management skills.
