Feasibility Manager

i-Pharm Consulting

Are you someone who loves the front end of clinical trials?

The bit where a study is still being shaped, assessed, questioned, costed and worked through before it becomes a live trial?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing clinical trial site network in a role that sits right at the intersection of feasibility, business development, operations and commercial strategy.

As Feasibility Manager, you will work side by side with the Business Development team to assess incoming trial opportunities, determine whether the network can deliver, and support the production of high-quality proposals and budgets.

This is an end-to-end feasibility role where you will be looking at the practical reality of running studies across site locations, including patient population, recruitment potential, investigator interest, operational capacity, timelines, costs and overall study fit.

Can we do this trial well, safely, commercially and successfully?

What you will be doing:

  • Managing feasibility activity across incoming clinical trial opportunities
  • Reviewing protocols and study requirements to assess site/network suitability
  • Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Investigators and site teams
  • Gathering and analysing feasibility data across patient populations, recruitment potential and operational capacity
  • Supporting the development of proposals, budgets and study start-up assumptions
  • Helping shape commercial responses to sponsors, CROs and external partners
  • Identifying risks, gaps and practical considerations early in the process
  • Ensuring feasibility responses are accurate, commercially sound and operationally realistic
  • Building strong internal relationships across the network to understand capability and capacity
  • Providing clear insights that support decision-making and trial selection

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in clinical trials, ideally across site feasibility, start-up, project management, clinical operations or study coordination
  • Strong understanding of how clinical trial sites operate
  • Ability to review protocols and quickly understand what is required operationally
  • Comfort working with budgets, proposals, timelines and commercial considerations
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, but also the ability to think commercially and practically
  • Someone who enjoys working at pace and being involved early in the trial lifecycle
  • A natural problem solver who can balance opportunity with operational reality

Why this role?

This is not a “sit in the background and complete forms” feasibility role.

You will be highly visible across the business and play a key role in helping the network decide which trials to pursue, how to position for them, and how to make sure they can be delivered successfully.

For someone who enjoys the strategic, commercial and operational side of clinical trials, this is a fantastic step.

You will be joining a growing site network at an exciting time, with the chance to help shape feasibility processes, influence study selection and work closely with a team that is genuinely focused on delivering quality trials.

If you are working in clinical trials and love the idea of being closer to the decision-making, commercial strategy and trial pipeline, this could be a great move.
