We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Contract Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in leading the effective and safe delivery of a range of services and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations in accordance with contractual, legal and company requirements. Reporting to the GM Health & Education, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Deliver contractual, commercial, cultural & transformation requirements, proactively exploring opportunities for growth & operational excellence.
  • Achieve KPI's and proactively identify & manage operational & commercial risk (measured against a predetermined Abatement and Penalty regime). Ensure all service lines meet Quality Standards.
  • Develop & maintain highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively seek to identify & develop new business opportunities to drive growth & retention initiatives within the portfolio of contracts.
  • Build a high performing culture with an engaged workforce who are motivated & inspired to perform at a consistently high level. Proactively drive tech and process innovation to ensure contemporary, best in class performance delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Ideally, a degree in Business, Commerce or similar.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role of a large services organisation preferably in an educational facility.
  • Experience in financial / budget management and Facilities Management.
  • Experience in developing solid senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work with Government departments and outsource contracting.
