Asset Management Services (Maintenance)
CPP’s maintenance services ensure the reliability and longevity of high-voltage assets. As a key part of our end-to-end service offering, we provide a seamless transition from construction and commissioning to ongoing asset management.
We deliver minor maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades, alongside regular inspections and servicing to prevent failures and extend asset lifespan. Our efficient emergency response ensures critical HV infrastructure remains operational.
As an industry-preferred provider, CPP is trusted to manage and maintain essential high-voltage electrical assets, supporting the stability and performance of Australia’s energy network.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact Project Manager role within CPP’s growing Asset Management Services (AMS) business, based in our Adelaide (Wingfield) office.
Working across a diverse portfolio of high-voltage infrastructure, you’ll take ownership of projects from early client engagement through to delivery and close-out. These aren’t typical “set and forget” projects — they’re fast-moving, technically interesting, and often tied to critical network reliability and renewable generation assets. You’ll be managing everything from planned maintenance programs through to reactive works such as cable faults and wind farm outages, where speed, coordination and clear decision-making are essential.
A key part of the role is building strong relationships with clients, ensuring scopes are clearly defined, resources are planned effectively, and delivery is seamless from mobilisation through to completion. You’ll coordinate internal delivery teams and specialist subcontractors, manage timelines and commercial outcomes, and maintain consistent communication to keep projects on track.
Beyond delivery, you’ll play a broader role in supporting the wider construction and operations teams – helping optimise workforce utilisation, contributing to repeat business, and positioning CPP as a trusted partner in the HV space.
This is a great opportunity for a highly-skilled Project Coordinator with experience in energised high voltage to step up and directly influence outcomes on the full project lifecycle.
