We pride ourselves on blending creativity, culture, and strategy to deliver impactful campaigns, from social-first activations to fully integrated 360° campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our key account in the automotive sector. This role will initially focus on our key client in Australia and its affiliated brands, requiring expertise in client relationship management, strategic communication, social media planning, and project execution.

You will work closely with the Account Lead, Creative Team, and Content Production team, owning the social channels from strategy through to publication, and acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for the client. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is genuinely excited about building automotive and lifestyle brands in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign milestones
  • Translate client briefs and brand strategies into engaging, channel-appropriate social content
  • Identify content opportunities tied to cultural moments, product launches, and brand activations

Content Execution & Production

  • Oversee end-to-end content production, from briefing creatives and copywriters to scheduling and publishing
  • Ensure all output meets brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external partners on shoot days

Community Management Oversight

  • Lead community management strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, where relevant
  • Manage and mentor junior community managers, ensuring fast, on-brand engagement with audiences
  • Monitor sentiment and escalate issues appropriately to the Account Lead

Campaign Delivery

  • Project-manage social campaign rollouts, including paid amplification coordination with media partners
  • Work alongside the KOL/influencer team on creator collaborations and content integration
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to monthly reporting

Day-to-Day Social Operations

  • Act as the primary day-to-day social contact for the client, attending status meetings and providing regular updates
  • Maintain organised workflows across content trackers, approval pipelines, and asset libraries
  • Stay across platform updates, trends, and competitor activity in the Australian automotive landscape

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of social media experience, ideally within an agency environment or in-house brand team
  • Strong understanding of the Australian social media landscape, with proven experience managing brand channels
  • Automotive, lifestyle, or premium brand experience highly regarded
  • Excellent written English with a sharp eye for tone of voice and copy
  • Solid project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and reporting frameworks
  • A genuine passion for content, culture, and storytelling

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of $80,000 including super
  • Hands-on exposure to global automotive brands entering the Australian market
  • A collaborative, bilingual team environment in our North Sydney office
  • Real ownership of accounts and the opportunity to grow into senior roles
  • Direct mentorship from senior strategists and account leads
  • Office snacks, team lunches, and a culture that values both craft and outcomes
