Contract Opportunity – Banking Contact Centre Leader | Sydney CBD

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Banking Contact Centre Leader to join a well‑known financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD on an initial 6‑month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven contact centre leader within banking or financial services who enjoys leading teams, driving performance, and delivering strong customer outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading a high‑performing Customer Service Contact Centre team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, coaching leaders and frontline staff, and ensuring service delivery targets are consistently met.

Key Details

  • Rate: $500 per day plus super
  • Contract: 6 months may extend
  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Start: Immediate / short‑notice preferred
  • Sector: Financial Services / Banking (essential)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support customer service contact centre teams
  • Drive performance, engagement and service excellence
  • Oversee daily contact centre operations in a high‑volume environment
  • Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and customer outcomes
  • Work within governance, risk and compliance frameworks typical of financial services

About You

  • Proven experience leading contact centre teams within banking or financial services
  • Strong people leadership and performance management capability
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
  • Results‑driven with a strong customer‑centric mindset
  • Available for a 6‑month contract and based in (or able to commute to) Sydney CBD
