We are working with a leading clean energy investment platform focused on accelerating the rollout of consumer energy solutions that help households reduce energy costs and transition to cleaner, more efficient homes. The platform invests into and structures programs that enable eligible households to access zero or low cost finance for energy upgrades such as rooftop solar, batteries, electrification of heating and cooling, insulation, hot water systems and EV charging infrastructure.

Capital is deployed through participating finance providers who originate and manage consumer loans, while approved suppliers deliver the physical upgrades directly to households. The platform provides the funding backbone, investment oversight and governance required to scale these programs.

This is a Director investment hire where you will lead investment activity across origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management within this consumer energy and energy transition strategy. You will play a key role in evaluating new programs and partnerships, leading financial analysis and due diligence, and working closely with external finance providers, suppliers and co-investors to structure and execute investments.

We are seeking 9–15 years’ experience across infrastructure investment, project finance, M&A or energy-focused principal investment roles, with strong technical capability in modelling, valuation and transaction execution. You must have exposure to consumer energy, distributed energy or adjacent energy transition sectors, along with the commercial judgement and strong stakeholder management skills.
