This opportunity is for someone who already has strong experience in motor repair or insurance assessing and is ready to step into a portfolio‑ownership role. This role is hands‑on, practical and designed for someone who wants ownership and real business impact.

From day one, you’ll be managing a portfolio of repair partners, driving performance improvements and strengthening relationships, working closely with repairers, claims teams and internal stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage strong partnerships with a network of repairers, acting as the primary relationship owner
  • Oversee repairer performance against KPIs and SLAs (cost, quality, turnaround times, customer satisfaction)
  • Analyse MIS and Tableau data to identify trends and drive targeted performance improvement plans
  • Conduct audits and coach repairers to uplift quality, compliance and operational capability
  • Manage complaints, escalations and performance issues while ensuring high-quality, safe repair outcomes

What Great Looks Like

  • A trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (essential)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in motor repair, estimating, or insurance assessing
  • Understanding of vehicle repair processes, industry standards and quality frameworks
  • Confident communicator who can influence, coach and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Ownership mindset with resilience, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
