About the role
Maintain and troubleshoot fixed plant and automated equipment, perform preventative maintenance, identify improvement opportunities, and work with supervisors and site personnel to minimise downtime and support safe operations.
Skills & experience
- Mechanical trade certification (essential)
- Forklift, Dogging and / or Rigging tickets (highly desirable)
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
Duties & responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality workmanship across all tasks
- Perform fault finding on fixed plant and automated equipment
- Complete all required documentation, data entry and reports
- Assist plant improvements
- Follow site compliance requirements
