What You’ll Be Doing

Th e Marketing Manager – Asia Pacif ic is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that align with brand identity, commercial objectives and local market dynamics

  • Marketing Strategy & Executio n: Develop and implement annual marketing plans across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, target audience and commercial goals
  • Performance & Optimisatio n: Monitor and analyse campaign and activity performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results and drive growth
  • Budget Managemen t: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Market & Competitive Insight s: Gather and analyse market intelligence, including competitor activity, promotional strategies and brand positioning to inform decision-making
  • Sales Enablemen t: Train, equip and engage distributor and importer sales teams on brand messaging, product knowledge and new product launches
  • Stakeholder & Partner Managemen t: Identify, appoint and manage external agencies and contractors. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regional partners
  • Brand Representatio n: Act as a brand ambassador at trade events, festivals and industry activations across the region. Manage relationships with local brand ambassadors
  • Reporting & Communicatio n: Prepare and present regular reports to senior stakeholders and maintain close alignment with global headquarters

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within premium or specialty food categories
  • Strong experience developing and executing brand or trade marketing plans in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage regional and global teams
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating insights into actionable plans
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple markets, priorities and stakeholders effectively
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of specialty cheese, including product culture, trade landscape and consumer trends
