Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at CZ Victoria located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Estimator will be responsible for:

- Read and interpret plans and documents

- Prepare take-offs & quotes for projects or BOQ

- Touch base with the builder on tendered projects

- Review Scope of Works and subcontract

- Prepare variation quotes and progress claims

- Extensive and ongoing training

- Career progression opportunities

About You

- Ideally 2+ years experience either in estimating, quantity surveying or contract administration

- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction

- Excellent understanding of working drawings, reports, schedules and details

- Excellent skills in using excel and take-off software, Bluebeam

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Keen eye for detail and accuracy

- Mandarin-speaking preferred (not a must)

- Work experience in plaster industry preferred
