You'll be at the front line of our business, identifying prospects, starting conversations, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and helping to build a strong, healthy pipeline for the team.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong new business development skills, with the confidence to proactively generate opportunities
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience developing proposals, pitches, and commercial presentations
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for closing deals
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience using CRM platforms to effectively manage pipelines and forecast activity
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
