What You'll Be Doing

  • Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted design and build advisor, connecting with new and existing clients to deeply understand their unique vision, land requirements, and custom preferences.

  • Design & Estimation: Define your clients' goals with highly personalised new home designs and prepare clear, detailed project estimates.

  • Guided Journey: Nurture client and industry relationships throughout the entire building process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and premium experience from start to finish.

  • Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, land developers, and local industry partners to drive repeat and referral business.

  • Sales Administration: Handle general sales admin, including managing emails, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate pipeline records within the G.J. Gardner Homes CRM.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Building Sales Track Record: We are ideally looking for an experienced sales professional with a background working for a residential builder (New Homes Consultant or Sales Associate). You understand the construction sales cycle and are ready for a fresh, rewarding change.

  • Confidence & High Energy: A natural relationship-builder and excellent communicator who is confident leading clients and driving targets with integrity.

  • Proactive & Persistent Mindset: You take total ownership and initiative, view obstacles as opportunities, and show exceptional care in finding the right solutions for your clients.
