We're on the hunt for a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team.

This role will involve:

Assisting with food preparation and mise en place
Running service periods, including plating and pass duties
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Supporting stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a great guest experience

Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but attitude is everything
