Summary
MBL Food & Packaging are seeking a Customer Service Officer for our retail location in Canning Vale, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries, stock rotation, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellent service and achieving sales targets within a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organised
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles
- Quick learning and adaptability
- Previous experience with Tele-sales an advantage
- Previous experience in sales and retail environments
- Sales skills and strategies
- Creative problem-solving
Permanent Part-Time position, working hours Monday – Friday, 5 hours per day, flexible start and finish times between 8:30am – 4:30pm, plus working alternate Saturday morning’s from 7:45am – 12pm (2 per month) paid at overtime rates.
