We’re seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of a large and diverse property portfolio across corporate, retail, technical and network sites. This role is ideal for a commercially minded property specialist who thrives in a fast-moving environment and excels in high-value lease negotiations and strategic planning.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all property activities across a mixed-use portfolio, including renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals and day-to-day issues.
• Lead early planning and execution of lease renewals to secure long-term tenure and reduce OPEX.
• Negotiate commercial terms that improve rental profiles, tenure strength and operational utility.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, consultants, legal partners and regulatory bodies.
• Identify Sites at Risk and implement strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver property solutions that support operational and technical requirements.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience managing complex property portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, commercial and contract management skills.
• Solid understanding of leasing legislation and property law principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to lease administration systems is a plus.
