As our Centre Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service - leading with purpose, inspiring your team, and creating a warm, connected environment for families.

You'll oversee daily operations, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement while building a centre culture you're proud of.

What You’ll Lead

Keeping children at the centre of everything we do
Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards
Overseeing daily operations, budgets, wages, rostering & occupancy
Coaching, mentoring & developing an engaged team
Building strong, trusting relationships with families & the community
Ensuring regulatory compliance & advocating for every child’s rights
Implementing and evaluating high‑quality programs

About You

You’re an inspiring ECEC leader who thrives on connection, growth and meaningful impact. You’re passionate about children, invested in your team, and excited to bring a brand‑new centre to life.

You’ll Bring

Leadership experience within the ECEC sector
A commitment to safe, nurturing and inclusive environments
Understanding of the ECA Code of Ethics & UNCRC
ACECQA‑approved Diploma or Bachelor (Early Education)
WWCC + First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
