Becoming part of the Stratco logistics family, we are looking for a person with:

Essential – Heavy Rigid License & driving experience (HR)
Desirable - Valid Forklift License
Desirable – Experience operating a truck mounted crane
Willingness to work metro and country runs
Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
Strong customer service & verbal communication skills
Enjoys working autonomously
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace

Your responsibilities will include

Review vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery truck
Secure load, prepare manifest and assist loading when required
Deliver to customers and place onsite as required
Maintain vehicle and driver log
Liaise with Despatch team and customers on delivery issues and delays
Keep a clean truck at all times and ensure maintenance is up to date
Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
