Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and a welcoming vibe.
• Take accurate orders, including special requests and dietary needs.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Contribute to team goals and uphold QT’s high standards of service.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years’ worth of experience as a F&B attendant or waitstaff in restaurants, events or hotels.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
• Must be able to carry multiple plates and clear tables.
• Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexible to work across different days including weekends and evenings.
