About The Opportunity

This is a senior HR leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy across our Corporate functions. Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance through strong workforce planning, capability uplift, engagement and culture initiatives.

As the Head of HR-Corporate, you will play a key role in ensuring effective, consistent and commercially aligned HR delivery across corporate portfolios, while influencing leadership outcomes and supporting enterprise-wide people priorities.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive capability building, engagement, culture and change initiatives
  • Coach and advise leaders on performance management, organisational effectiveness and team capability
  • Lead employee relations and compliance activity, managing risk and ensuring sound outcomes
  • Partner with specialist HR teams (C&B, Talent and IR/ER) to deliver enterprise people processes including salary reviews, performance and talent cycles
  • Monitor workforce metrics, identify trends and implement actions to improve engagement, retention and performance outcomes

About You

You are a commercially minded HR leader with strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders in corporate or complex environments. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with the ability to influence, challenge and build capability across the business.

You will also bring:

  • Significant HR leadership experience supporting senior leaders within corporate functions or complex organisational environments
  • Strong generalist HR capability across workforce planning, talent, performance, reward and organisational change
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, case management and employment compliance
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive outcomes
  • Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in partnership with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver enterprise people programs
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Employment Relations, Business, Psychology or similar
