We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of People to join a global business and be part of the leadership team. This is a highly visible and influential role that combines the implementation of HR strategy and responsibility for HR operations. As the heartbeat of the people function, you will play a critical role in shaping employee experience, strengthening culture, supporting business growth and ensuring people practices enable high performance across the organisati
on.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, balancing commercial outcomes with a genuine commitment to people and cult
ure.
About the
Role
As Head of People and Culture, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and workplace health and safety. You will partner closely with leaders to implement people strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness, productivity and employee engag
ement.

- ategies.Implement and drive HR strategies focused on employee engagement, leadership capability and culture exc
- ellence.Contribute as a strategic business partner with a strong focus on organisational performance and produ
- ctivity.Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and talent ma
- nagementDesign and implement engaging onboarding programs that support cultural integration and employee
- success.Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and overall workplace exp
- erience.Provide expert advice and support to leaders on performance management, talent development, remuneration, disciplinary matters, grievances and employment-related
- issues.Support leadership development and succession planning init
- iatives.Lead Workplace Health and Safety (WHS/OH&S) programs and continuous improvement init
- iatives.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and organisational st
- andards.Support the implementation of global HR initiatives while adapting them to local busines
- s needs.Continuously improve HR processes, reporting and compliance fra
meworks.
To succeed in this role, you are a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach and have a genuine passion for helping people and organisations
succeed.
You will have significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a dynamic and growth-focused environment. With strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices you will have proven experience across employee relations, performance management, policy development, workplace health and safety and HR o
perations.
As a member of the leadership team, you will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and
challenge.
