As demand continues to grow, we're looking for reliable Process workers/Machine operators to join their production team in Carole Park.

The Role

Process workers will play an important role in the production process. You'll be responsible for operating and monitoring automated machinery, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products.

You’ll be operating machinery that’s more advanced than your Sunday morning omelette technique.

Shifts

We are looking for a variety of shifts. DAY, AFTERNOON and NIGHT shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce egg products
• Ensure production quality meets high standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in machine operation (not essential)
• Previous experience in any food processing highly regarded.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold room
• A strong commitment to quality and safety
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
