Estimator - Modular Homes

We’re partnering with a leading modular home builder in Wangara who is looking for a motivated

Junior Estimator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estimating experience (or a strong construction background looking to step into estimating) who wants long‑term career development in a stable, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare take‑offs and assist with BOQs for modular home projects
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate costing
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Assist with tender submissions and cost breakdowns
• Update estimating software and maintain accurate project records
• Support the Senior Estimator across all stages of the estimating process

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in estimating OR a construction background with a desire to move into estimating
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Exposure to modular construction (advantageous but not essential)
